Depending on how long ago it was your fried told this guy that you didn't want to speak to him you could just mention that you never said that and you really care for him.i am sure things have changed in both of your lives since you havent talked so just ask if he would like to go out and talk about whats new and exciting! it could either go good or it could go bad but whats the worst that could happen?
