What is a strong over the counter antidecongestant?

There are "shower tab" products available in many pharmacies. You put this tab on the floor of your shower. As you shower, the hot water causes the tab to dissolve and release menthol vapors into the air. I've always liked it when I get a cold - I also notice it opens up the rest of your pores too.
