Does radiation stick to water?

I work in a warehouse that sits next to another warehouse that houses pallets of the 24 packs of water bottles. Usually the building is inaccessible because teams of x-rayers are x-raying welds on pipe. I know there are high levels of radiation around the area. What i'm wondering is if any of the radiation is staying inside any of the water bottles? Is the water safe for drinking?
