What should I wear with this waistband skirt?

The skirt I'm talking about is from the Miley Cyrus and Max Azria clothing brand at Wal-Mart. Its the black waistband skirt. I can't seem to find it on the Wal-mart site anymore so I'm just hoping you guys know what I'm talking about. Anyways, what I want to know is, what top and footwear would look great with this skirt?For footwear, I have bronze colored gladiator sandals, Miley Cyrus and Max Azria branded black and white Python flats,black ankle boots and several high heels. And for the top, I really don't know what to wear. Any suggestions?
