I catch him lookin but he has a gf?!?

Okay, i've liked this boy for a long time and like everybody knows about it. He'd be telling others he likes me too, but we never went out. We had our moments of him huggin me and really being flirty. But now he has a gf and im pissed. UGH lol I have 1 cl with him he sits across from me. He will be puttin his feet up against mine and keep them there, and also he'll be lookin at me when im not and if i do, he'll just be lookin at me and keep lookin. I gotta b the one to turn my head even though i dont wanna...lol idk what to do?? What is he tryin to say? Help Me
