Is Yahoo! Answers open to changing the question and answers format to accommodate topics that require a forum?

For example, the Religion and Spirituality section is in dire need of a format that would allow for more discussion in its answers. In its current state people are providing redundant questions and even more redundant answers that are superfluous and of low quality. Unless there is a means for getting a discussion started with regard to the question (the answers are opinions that vary and change after all), the the sections will continue to provide the same superfluous answers causing the section to be very ineffective and unproductive and producing more intelligent and deeper answers. In its current state, the Religion and Spirituality section is used by most people as a source of entertainment. Some people simply point out how silly some people's beliefs are while the other side keeps itself alive in the same way that religion has over the last couple thousand years.
