My wife's WIDAL test says S.Typhi "O" 1:80, S.Typhi "H" 1:160, S.Parayphi "AH" 1:80 and S.Paratyphi "BH" 1:80?

I am a resident of Delhi (India). The above said test was done on 4th day of the fever. After taking some Ayurvedic medicines, the temp has come down from 5th day onward and for the last three days, it is consistently 98 /97degree centigrade. Is it really typhoid +ve and does she require any antibiotic medicines.
