Newcastle fans who should replace the plank Bloe KuntsEar?

I am a Man City fan and i loved watching Newcastle in the 70`s and 80`s and 90`s they were a team with heart and pride win lose or draw they gave their all. I know all Geordies love Keegan but he knows how to create attacking teams but does not have a clue about defence. he also likes to spend i know as a city fan he purchased players for millions that did not even get a first team game. but i saw someone today who would in my opinion be a great manager for Newcastle if they could talk him back into management. Kenny Dagleish. winner with Liverpool as a player and manager and also with Blackburn. do you think he would be a good choice? or who do you think they could realistically get?
